摘要
利用竹叶作为制备环境友好型硫酸酸洗缓蚀剂的原料,通过失重法进行浓度梯度和温度梯度实验研究了浓度和温度对缓蚀效率的影响,并通过金相显微镜探讨了不同缓蚀剂浓度下挂片的腐蚀形态。针对缓蚀效率测量复杂性,运用灰色理论GM(1,1)模型对竹叶提取物的缓蚀效率进行了模拟和预测,与实验值相比较结果表明灰色理论有很好的预测效果,为此类运用提供了一个参考。
Environment-friendly corrosion inhibiter is extracted from bamboo leaves,the impact of concentration and temperature on inhibition efficiency are studied based on the weight-loss method.Metallographic microscope is used to observe clearly the surface corrosion of test specimen.GM(1,1) model of grey theory is used to simulate and predict the inhibition efficiency and the predicting result is showed to be in good agreement to the experimental data.
