摘要
学校要发展,要办出自己的特色,就必须有属于自身特点的学校文化。学校文化是学校自主发展的灵魂。建设学校文化,走内涵式发展道路,办出学校特色,成为当前许多高校发展中所面临的一项紧迫而重要的任务。
If a college or university wants to develop well and has its own distinctive features,it must have its own unique school culture,which is the soul of its self-development.Building the school culture,taking the mode of intensive development,and running school with distinguishing feature is becoming an urgent and important task that many colleges and universities have confronted in their development.
