Key point of quality control on the clinical tumor research of traditional Chinese medicine-follow-up in prospective

队列研究开始用于中医肿瘤临床研究,队列研究得出结果所需时间较长,随访时间长,研究对象容易失访。随访是前瞻性队列研究中的关键环节与难点之一。探讨了中医肿瘤前瞻性治疗性队列研究中随访工作的意义、随访的内容、随访的方式、提高随访质量的措施、失访问题以及研究结局的记录等。

Recently,cohort study has widely been applied to clinical tumor research of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,which characterizes as requiring a long follow up and is easy to loss the person followed up.Follow-up study plays an important role in the prospective cohort study.The significance,contents,ways of follow up and the measures to improve the follow-up quality,method to avoid the loss of the material of follow up and records of studied outcomes are discussed in this article.
