锂离子对淋巴细胞丝裂原反应的影响

摘要 本文通过使用肌醇-1-磷酸酶抑制剂-锂离子(Li^+)及~3H-TdR掺合法研究了4,5-二磷酸-磷脂酰肌醇(PIP_2)代谢对正常人以及不同病人淋巴细胞丝裂原诱导的增殖反应的影响。在未经Li^+处理的外周血淋巴细胞经丝裂原刺激后迅速增殖分化,以对植物血凝素(PHA)的反应最强,经用Li^+处理后淋巴细胞的增殖反应明显减弱或抑制。结果提示:肌醇-1-磷酸酶的活性受抑可减弱或抑制丝裂原诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应。 The effects of Li+,an inhibitor of myo-inositol-1-phosphatase,on phosphatibylinositol metabolism were studied by mitogen-induced lymphocytes proliferation.When the lymphocytes were incubated in the presence of mitogen:PHA,ConA or PWM,the rates of 3H-TdR incorporation significantly increased.But this effect was inhibited by Li+.The result revealed that Li+ diminished and inhibited mitogen-induced proliferation of lymphocytes by decreasing the activity of myo-ino-sitol-1-phosphatase in metabolism of PIP2 which is important for the growth signal transduction.
