摘要
空间机器人地面验证系统的实验环境非常复杂,系统中的拉压力传感器信号受到各种电磁干扰,滤波器的设计是其中一个主要难点。由于巴特沃斯低通滤波器具有最大平坦幅频响应的特性、良好的线性相位特性、结构简单、易于设计等优点,本实验系统采用其来处理拉压力传感器的信号。但是,巴特沃斯低通滤波器的检波精度、稳定性、响应时间三者之间相互制约。为了达到最佳的综合性能指标,本文将研究新的方案,重新设置巴特沃斯低通滤波器的主导极点。实验结果表明,本文设计的新滤波器满足实验系统要求。
The experimental environment of ground testing system of space robot is very complicated.The signal of tense sensor is suffered many electromagnetic disturbances.Butterworth filter is with maximum flat amplitude-frequency.It is also with good linear phase characteristic and has been widely used.However,Butterworth lower-pass filter contradicts with each other in stability,responding time and accuracy.To attain best global performance,a new filter is proposed in this paper.The new filter resets the key peak points to meet the practical requirements.Experimental results show that the new filter meet the requirement of experimental system.
