校企融合订单培养办学模式研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院商贸类专业为例

Research of School-Enterprise Integration and Customized Training Mode——Taking business and trade majors of Wuxi Institute of Commerce as an example

校企融合订单培养,即用人单位与培养单位以协议的方式共同制订人才培养计划,共同利用资源,落实人才培养目标的一种办学模式。文章以无锡商业职业技术学院商贸类专业为例,从办学主体、办学理念、办学条件、办学目标、办学策略、管理体制和运行机制六个方面进行了详细分析,结果发现只有提高企业在人才培养过程中的参与程度,充分发挥企业的"办学主体"作用,校企融合订单培养办学模式才能真正实施到位。

School-enterprise integration and customized training is a mode of training talents, in which employers and training units sign an agreement to eollaboratively draw talent-training plan, make use of common resources and fulfill the talent-training goals. This paper takes Wuxi Institute of Commerce as an example to analyze the main body, coneepts, conditions, goals and strategies of school running, management system and operational mechanism in detail. Findings show that only by improving enterprises＂ participation in talent-training and bringing their roles into full play can the reform of higher vocational education really put into practice.
