摘要
本文介绍一种新型的^(125)Ⅰ连续探测技术,它由一个充当中心井的20ml低钾玻璃和一硅胶管构成,该瓶由特制的螺帽固定,被放置在液体闪烁计数器的两个光电倍增管之间。它可连续监测^(125)Ⅰ的标记过程,也可测量其它低能X或γ射线,发挥了一机多能的作用,其计数效率是41%,最高品质因素是10.7。
The monitoring system consists of a 20 ml low-potassium glass vial featuring a central well and a silicon gel catheter.The vial fixed on a special screw nut is placed between the two photomultipliers of a liquid scintillation counter.The apparatus may monitor continuously iodine-125 labeling process,and measure other low energy X or γ ray This provides the machine with many functions.The counting efficiency is 41% and the highest factor of merit is 10.7.
