关于纳米科学的常微分方程模型的定性分析

摘要 讨论了纳米液滴(Nanodroplet)半径R(t)的常微分模型正平衡解的稳定性,纳米液滴半径R(t)收敛于正平衡解的速度以及纳米液滴"生命区间"的跨度.本文结果对研究纳米粒子形成高度有序的结构提供了理论依据. We first use phase portraints method to study the conditions for the asymptotic stability of the non-negative equilibrium solutions to the ODE model which comes from the paper titled highly ordered Ga nanodroplets on a GaAs surface formed by a focused Ion beam.Second,we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the solution and the lifetime of the droplet referred to in the modle.Moreover,our results are the key issue for the ordered pattern formation.
