溶剂对锐钛矿型TiO_2纳米结构材料形貌及结构的影响

The Influence of Solvents on the Morphology and Structure of Anatase TiO_2 Nanostructures Synthesized by Solvent Thermal Treatments

摘要 以CTAB/TiO2有序复合结构为水热反应的前驱体,分别以乙醇,PEG-200,PEG-400,丙三醇为反应溶剂,制备出了一系列不同形貌的TiO2微纳结构,通过TEM、SEM和XRD等表征技术研究了不同溶剂、反应时间和反应温度下产物的结构形态.结果表明,该溶剂热方法前驱体制备简单,操作方便,反应溶剂对TiO2纳米结构的形貌和结晶性有显著的影响. TiO2 nanostructures with different morphologies and structures have been synthesized by solvent thermal treatments of CTAB/TiO2 ordered structures in different solvents of ethanol,PEG-200,PEG-400 and glycerol.TEM,SEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphologies and structure of TiO2 nanostructures.The results indicate that the reaction solvents play an important role in evolution of the morphology and crystallinity of the product with the change of reaction time and temperature.
