摘要
以某电镀厂经化学沉淀处理后的排放水为研究对象研究了超滤预处理对纳滤回用电镀废水的影响。结果表明:超滤预处理对纳滤膜有良好的保护作用,提高了纳滤膜通量达32.46%,增强了回用处理系统运行效率,降低了运行成本,并提高了最终出水水质。
The effects of ultra-filtration as the pretreatment on nano-filtration for recycling electroplating wastewater were studied with the discharge water after chemical precipitation as the research object.The results show that the pretreatment of ultra-filtration has the advantages of protecting nano-filtration membrane,improving membrane flux by 32.46% and recycling system efficiency,decreasing operational cost and enhancing the final effluent quality.
