摘要
评述了涂装磷化预处理的环境污染及各国公布的限用措施和新的总磷排放标准,介绍了最近国内外开发的取代磷化的氟锆酸盐(氧化锆)预处理、硅烷偶联剂预处理和钢铁表面配合物膜预处理等3种类型预处理的优缺点,重点介绍了FPC405钢铁电泳涂装前防锈封闭剂、FPC406钢铁喷漆前防锈封闭剂和FPC408钢铁喷塑前防锈封闭剂等3种表面配合物膜预处理工艺的特点、流程、溶液组成与使用条件及溶液的维护。这3种新工艺目前已在我国多家工厂正常使用,取得了很好的效果。
The environment pollution caused by phosphating pretreatment for coating and restrict measures and new total phosphorus discharge standards promulgated by various countries were reviewed.An introduction is given of the advantages and disadvantages of three new non-phosphorus coating pretreatment processes as alternatives to phosphating,including fluorozirconate (zirconia) pretreatment,silane coupling pretreatment and surface coordination compound film pretreatment on the surface of steel and iron.A detailed discussion is made of the characteristics,process flow,solution compositions,operating conditions as well as solution maintenance of three surface coordination compound film pretreatment processes by use of FPC405 antirust sealing agent prior to electrophoretic coating of iron and steel,FPC406 antirust sealing agent prior to painting of iron and steel,and FPC408 antirust sealing agent prior to powder coating of iron and steel.The three new processes have been used in many factories in China and showed very good results.
