电刺激猫心下神经对心包经及肺经穴位肌电影响的比较研究

COMPARISON STUDY BETWEEN MYOELECTRICITY CHANGES OF PERICARDIUM AND LUNG CHANNELS POINTS AFTER ELECTRICAL STIMULATION OF THE CAT'S LEFT INFERIOR CARDIAC NERVE

本实验采用刺激心下神经的方法,观察心包经及其所有相邻的肺经上穴位肌电的变化情况。结果显示:(1)“郄门”、“曲泽”及“天泉”等心包经上穴位的肌电在心下神经刺激后有明显增多,与刺激前相比,具有显著性差异;而“孔最”、“尺泽”及“天府”等肺经上穴位的肌电则变化不大,与刺激前相比,无显著性差异;(2)心包经上穴位诱发出肌电所需的刺激阈值低于肺经上的穴位;(3)结扎左冠状动脉前降支,造成急性心肌缺血,可以降低穴位处诱发肌电所需的心下神经的刺激强度。表明心包经与心脏之间存在特异性联系,而神经系统(中枢性及外周性)在其中发挥网络和介导作用。

This experiment was to observe the influence of electrical stimulation of the cat' s left inferior cardiac nerve (INC) on the myoelectricity of pericardium and Lung channels points. This results showed that(1)after stimulation, the myoelectricity of Pericardium channel points such as'Ximen' 'Quze'and ' Tianquan' increased distinctly. There was a significant difference compared with the pre - stimulation. But the myoelectricity of Lung channel points such as 'Kongzui'' Chize' and 'Tianfu' changed slightly. There was no difference between the values of pre - and post- stimulation. (2) The threshold needed to evoke myoelectricity on the points along Pericardium channel was lower than that of the Lung channel points. (3)Acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) caused by ligaturing the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery can reduce the threshold for evoking myoelectricity from the points. These data indicate that there exist a specific relationship between heart and Pericardium channel, and the nervous system (central and peripheral) acts a connection and regulation role in it.
