摘要
高压输变电设备是电力工业的技术基础,而研制结构和性能优异的800 kV组合电器用补偿器又是实现高压输变电设备国产化的关键。文中主要针对800 kV封闭式组合电器用补偿器进行探讨,设计了万向力平衡式波纹补偿器。它是一种新型的压力平衡型补偿器,它不仅能同时进行轴向和径向补偿,而且能很好地降低补偿器的轴向推力。尤其是当既有轴向又有径向补偿,并且轴向补偿较小,径向补偿较大时,万向力平衡式波纹补偿器是最佳的选择。
High-tension power transmission and transformation equipment is technological base of power industry,and it was a critical measure for reaching localization of the equipment to develop the excellent structure and performance an 800 kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear using a bellows compensator.This paper mainly introduces the design and development of the bellows compensator used in the 800 kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear,the gimbal force-balance bellows compensator is designed.It is a new principle force-balance bellows compensator compared with a conventional one.It not only can conduct axial and lateral compensations,but also reduce the axial thrust of the compensator well.The gimbal force-balance bellows compensator is the best choice especially when there are both smaller axial and larger lateral compensations at the same time.
