调督抗痫丸对癫痫患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性及脂质过氧化损伤的影响

EFFECT OF THE TIAO DU KANG XIAN PILL ON Na^(+) - K^(+)-ATPase ACTIVITY IN ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE AND LIPID PEROXIDATED DAMAGE IN PATIENTS WITH EPILEPSY

应用中药调督抗痫丸治疗癫痫38例,与单纯西药治疗组进行比较,并观察了其对患者红细胞膜Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性及脂质过氧化损伤的影响。结果显示:口服调督抗痫丸治疗3个月后,在癫痫发作症状控制、脑电图改善的同时,红细胞膜Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性、血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性均比治疗前及单纯西药治疗组明显提高,血浆丙二醛含量降低。表明调督抗痫丸在控制癫痫发作的同时,能减轻癫痫患者脂质过氧化损伤的程度,改善细胞膜ATP酶活性,对治疗癫痫有积极意义。
