摘要
通过对斩波电源原理的研究,设计了一台以MOSFET作为主电路开关管的斩波电源,并深入研究其工作原理;设计并优化电源功率模块,整体结构紧凑,有效解决了MOSFET的均流问题;该模块减小了主回路杂散电感的存在,很大程度上抑制了MOSFET漏源电压尖峰。实验归纳出模拟PI参数的最佳匹配,电源系统输出稳定,且动态响应性稳定在300μs以内,达到预期的效果。
Through the study of the principle of DC chopper power supply,the author has designed a chopper power supply that use MOSFET as the main circuit switch,also do some in-depth study on its work principle.The design of the power module has solved the problem of the current of MOSFET to be balance.The modular we have designed reduces the existence of stray inductance,inhibited the MOSFET drain-source voltage spike largely.Also the experiment induces the PI parameter optimum matching,the electrical power system output has been stable,and the dynamic response time in 300 μs,has met the design requirements basically.
