摘要
针对焊接电流形式与极性、层间温度、施焊场地温度、焊缝冷却方式以及焊接电流大小等工艺因素对GYSD608焊条堆焊金属硬度的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,只要合理控制上述因素,就能获得较高的堆焊金属硬度值。为GYSD608焊条制定合理的焊接工艺及其推广应用起到指导作用。
In this paper,the experimental study is expounded in the aspects of welding current types and its polarity,inter pass temperature,ambient temperature and weld cooling method,current amperage and other process factors to affect the surfacing welding metal hardness of GYSD608 welding electrode.The experimental result and theoretical analysis indicate that the higher metal hardness can be achieved as long as the abovementioned process factors could be under control.For GYSD608 welding electrode,the study will play an important role in editing a reasonable welding procedure specification and its promotion of application.
