摘要
选择苯乙烯为粘结剂,漂浮性片状铝粉(约为15μm)为填料,用简单的流延自成膜法制备了低发射率红外隐身涂层;研究了溶剂种类和填料质量分数对涂层红外发射率的影响,并对涂层的物相和微观形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明:二甲苯为溶剂时涂层发射率最低为0.511;而在苯乙烯为溶剂时铝粉显示出更好的漂浮性,涂层发射率可低至0.314。制得的涂层可作为低红外发射率的红外隐身材料。
By choosing Polystyrene as binder and leafing flake aluminium powders(about 15 ?m) as functional particles,the infrared stealth coating was prepared via a self-standing lm process.The influences of the kind of solvent and Al powder contentration on the infrared emissivity performance of the coatings were systematically investigated.The phase and microstructure of coating were also characterized.While dimethylbenzene was employed as solvent,the infrared emissivity value is 0.511;however,Al powder exhibits better leafing property and the coating displays lower infrared emissivity value of 0.314 using St as solvent.So the coating has the potential application in infrared stealth coating field.
