The Deregulation Process In Global SMEs And Its Factors Decomposition

20世纪70年代以后,一股世界性的"反规制"的潮流逐渐形成。本文首先对目前全球中小企业的规制现状进行了统计分析;然后对全球中小企业反规制进程及其国别差异问题进行了定量研究;最后建立面板数据计数模型,对影响全球中小企业反规制进程的诸因素及其影响力进行了系统的分解和测算。

Since 1970＇s,a world-wide trend of deregulation has been shaped gradually.＂＂Deregulation＂ refers to the correction of excessive regulation.Deregulation is an activity of relaxing or improving government regulation of business in order to play the effect of market forces more effectively.In this paper,the current global deregulation status of SMEs was analyzed firstly,and then the deregulation processes of SMEs and its differences among different countries was analyzed from the quantitative view.Finally,we applied count panel data model decomposed various factors that influence the deregulation process of SMEs and measured the factor effects.
