摘要
本文对广电和电信企业在三网融合中的建设改造重点进行分析,探讨了广电和电信企业在网络建设中可能的合作内容和合作建设模式,评估了这些合作模式对我国通信市场竞争形势的影响,提出在三网融合推进过程中网络建设应该关注的问题和建议。
This article analyses the construction and transformation focal points of ＂Three-Network Convergence＂ by radio and television and telecommunications enterprises,discusses the possible cooperation content and cooperative construction mode in network construction,assesses the influence of our country＇s telecommunication market competition situation by these cooperation modes,and put forwards the problems and suggestions of network construction in ＂Three-Network Convergence＂ advanced process.
