摘要
本文用吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)为络合剂,甲基异丁酮(MIBK)为萃取剂,分离血清中游离铜。石墨炉原子吸收技术分析其游离铜含量,用本方法对形成络合物的最佳pH、络合剂用量、共存元素的干扰等进行了试验;比较了有机相进样的灵敏度和重复性,确定了最佳试验条件。该方法检出限为2.6μg/L,测得回收率均值为95.5%,其15份试验的相对标准差为2.1%。实测武汉市50例健康人血清中游离铜、结合铜及总铜含量与国外文献值相符。
Blood serum copper content is measured by GA-atom absorption spectrum with 1-ryrrolidine dithio carboxylic acid ammonium salt as chelating agent (APDC),and 4-methyl-2-pentanone (MIBK) as extracting agent.The quality of the chelating agent used,optimum pH disturbance caused by co-existing elements and factors affeting chelating are studied.The sensitivity and the precision are compared between organic phase admittance and aqueous phase admittance.The detecting limit of the method is 2.6μg/L,recovery percentage 95.5%,and the coefficient of variation 2.1%.Serum samples from 50 cases were analysed with the method mentioned above,and the results obtained are in agree ment with those reported by other authors at home and abroad
