社会保障参与和居民消费需求——基于省际动态面板数据的实证研究

Social Security Participation and Consumer Demand——An Empirical Study Based on Inter-province Dynamic Panel Data

以五种社会保险参与率为例,利用省际动态面板数据对社会保障参与如何影响居民消费需求进行了实证研究,发现当经济发展水平较低时,社会保障参与率的提高会降低居民消费需求;只有当经济发展水平较高时,社会保障参与率的提高才能促进居民消费需求的增加。基于实证研究结果提出了相应的政策建议。

In this paper,we use five kinds of social insurance participation as examples,and use inter-province dynamic pane data to empirically study how social security participation influence consumer demand.We find that： when economic development level was low,the increasing of social security participation rate would decrease consumer demand;when development level was high,the increasing of social security participation rate would increase consumer demand.We also put forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the empirical finding.
