大蒜液对盐酸所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 本文观察两种不同浓度的大蒜液是否可以诱发大鼠适应性细胞保护作用而防止盐酸所致的胃粘膜损伤。30%或10%大蒜液作为弱刺激提前30分钟灌胃,均可防止盐酸所致的胃粘膜损伤,损伤指数由69.6±8.8分别下降至4.9±0.6和19.2±2.8(与对照组相比P<0.001),损伤抑制率分别为93%和73%,消炎痛提前60分钟灌胃,可阻断大蒜液对胃粘膜的保护作用。结果表明,大蒜液对胃粘膜有保护作用,其机制很可能是诱发内源性前列腺索的合成和释放而实现的。 Garlic juice at two different concentrations was used to detect whether it could elicit adaptive cytoprotection to prevent gastric lesion produced by HCl in Rat.30% or 10% garlic juice as weak stimulus given orally 30 min before administration of HC1 could prevent gastric lesion.The lesion index decreases from 69.6±8.8 to 1.910.6 and 19.2±2.8 (P<0.001,as compared with the control),and the lesion inhibition rate is 93% and 73% respectively.Indomethacin given orally 60min before administration of garlic juice abolishes the cytoprotection of garlic juice.Therefore,it may be suggested that garlic juice can elicit adaptive cyto-protection,and the mechenism may involve the synthesis and release of endogenous PG.
