摘要
利用来自6个城市、13家企业的438份问卷调查结果,采用结构方程模型技术对员工授权知觉、独立型伦理氛围、员工主动行为关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:员工授权知觉与员工主动行为之间存在正向相关;员工授权知觉与独立型伦理氛围之间存在正向相关;独立型伦理氛围与员工主动行为之间存在正向相关;独立型伦理氛围在员工授权知觉与员工主动行为之间起到中介作用。
Using 438 survey results drawn from 13 enterprises of six cities,this article empirically analyzes the relation between authorized staff perception,independent ethical climate and active behaviors with structural equation modeling techniques.The result shows: there is a positive relationship between authorized staff perception and their active behaviors,a positive relationship between authorized staff perception and independent ethical climate and also a positive relationship between independent ethical climate and staff active behaviors.Independent ethical climate plays the intermediary role between authorized staff perception and their active behaviors.
