摘要
基因芯片是近年来发展起来的一项新兴技术,是把大量DNA探针或基因片段按特定的排列方式固定在硅片、玻璃、塑料或尼龙膜等载体上,形成致密、有序的DNA分子点阵,在基因定位、DNA测序、突变检测、基因筛选、基因诊断和发现新基因等方面起着重要的作用。基因芯片技术已广泛应用于病原物检测、遗传疾病检测、疾病进程检测中。
Gene chips is a new technology which develops in recent years.It is a dense and ordered matrix of DNA,fixing a large number of DNA probes or gene fragments on some carriers such as chip of silicon,glass,plastic or nylon with a specific arrangement.Gene chips play an important role in gene mapping,DNA sequencing,mutation detection,gene screening,gene diagnosis and discovery of new genes.The technology of gene chips has been widely used in detection of pathogen,genetic disease and disease process.
