摘要
对奥沙利铂的合成工艺进行优化。以顺式-二氯(反式-(-)-1.2-环己二胺)合铂为起始原料,以硅藻土作为反应物载体,以纤维触媒smopex-10作纯化剂,合成高纯度的奥沙利铂,总收率达到70.5%,含量达到99%以上。
Synthetic technology of Oxaliplatin was optimized.Oxaliplatin was synthesized from(SP-4-2)-dichloro-[(1R,2R)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-kN,kN’] platine using Celite as inert catalyst carriers,and smopex-10 as purification.Oxaliplatin in yield of 70.5% with the purity of 99.77% was synthesized under these reaction conditions
