摘要
通过研究微波消解-双道原子荧光光谱法测定鞋材中的总砷含量,建立了该分析过程的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,并按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量加以合成和扩展,得到该法测定鞋材中砷含量的合成不确定度。结果表明标准曲线拟合线性方程、配制标准工作液的不确定度、样品重复性分析及样品称样质量是不确定度的主要来源。
Arsenic content in shoe material was determined by microwave digestion and dual-channel atomic fluorescence. The source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement was analyzed. Each component of uncertainty is estimated and composed. The compositive uncertainly is given. The result indicated that the fitting equation of specification curve, uncertainties of preparing standard working solution, repeated analysis of sample and weighting sample quality were the main source of uncertainty in the experiment.
