摘要
研究了测定皮革中痕量镉冷原子化的反应体系,对载气流速、NaBH4浓度、增敏剂加入量和介质酸度的影响,以及基体和共存离子的干扰进行了研究。在试验选定的最佳条件下,用于皮革中痕量镉的测定,回收率为96.2%~103.8%,方法检测限为0.015μg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于3.5%。
Trace cadmium in leather was determined by cold-vapor generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The influences of flow velocity of carrier gases, concentration of NaBH4 (sodium boron hydride), volume of sensitization reagents, acidity and interference of coexisting ion were tested. It can be used in the determination of trace amounts of cadmium in leather, the recoveries are in the range of 96.2% -103.8%, and the check limit is 0.015 μg·L^-1, with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 3.5%.
