摘要 以油茶能源林长期植被观测的数据为基础,结合目前CDM项目开发的成本和收益,探讨油料能源林的林业碳汇潜力。论证结果如下:以30 a为计入期,凯迪阳光公司2010年规划的3 059 hm2油茶能源林固定CO2总量约669 783.345 t,年均固定CO2量为22 326.111 t.同时,成本效益分析显示,油茶能源林的经济林收益可以达到14.683 2×108元,碳汇收益2 287.31×104元。因此,凯迪阳光公司的油茶能源林实施CDM造林再造林项目具有较高的可行性,但实例研究中对油茶能源林开发CDM造林再造林项目的数据的运用,以及交易成本的分析还存在一定的准确性和局限性,有待进一步深入和细化。 This paper discussed the carbon sequestration potential of oil-bearing energy forest through analyzing data from long-term survey of camellia forest and combined with the current development costs and benefits of CDM project. The con- clusions are as follows : for 30 years crediting period, the total carbon storage was about 669 783. 345 tCO2 e, with an average annual storage was 22 326. 111 tCO2 e in the proposed 3 059 hm2 project boundary which is planned in 2010 by Kaidi Sunshine Biomass Energy Investments Co. Ltd. Meanwhile, the cost-benefit analysis shows that the incomes from economic forest and carbon storage were 1. 468 billion and 22. 87 million. Therefore, the A/R CDM project of oil-bearing energy for- est has a high feasibility, but there is still some accuracy and limitations in using the data of A/R CDM project which choice oilseed variety and the analysis of transaction costs in practical cases which need further and refined study.
