高温所致黑色素瘤细胞的生长及其表面变化的扫描电镜观察

摘要 S_(91)黑色素瘤细胞株,经42℃和44℃加温3小时,细胞数目与对照组比较,出现有意义地减少(P<0.01);两个加温组之间亦有明显差异(P<0.01)。扫描电镜显示,加温组细胞生长密度显著较对照组稀疏。42℃加温组,细胞膜上出现大小不等的水泡样结构,常见局部膜破损及突起的远端断裂现象,细胞表面微绒毛样结构显著减少。44℃加温组,细胞明显缩小,表面干固,结构模糊。 S91 melanoma cell line was heated at 42℃ and 44℃ for 3 hours.As compared with the control group,significant reduction of cell number was discovered (P<0.01).There was clear difference between the two heating groups (P<0.01).It was found that the density of cell growth was smaller than that of the control cells under SEM.In the heating group at 42℃ the blisters of varied sizes appeared on cell membrane,and local damaged membrane and distal broken processes were found frequently,with a decrease of microvilli-like structures on the cell surface.On the other haud,in the heating group at 44℃,the cells obviously shrunk and the cell surface became blurred
