摘要
利用计算机模拟微生物生长曲线的形态,将泰勒公式运用于微生物的生长曲线方程,并实现了计算机模拟。模拟结果与实验数据对比,证明该方法能够较好地模拟微生物在对数增长期和稳定增长期的生长情况,得出在微生物增长期的开始阶段是培养各类菌群的关键时期,需要严格控制环境因素的变化,为实际的生产实践和环境治理提供了理论依据。
Taylor formula is applied to the equation of microbe growth curve, and the computer simulation on the shapes of microbe growth curve is realized. Comparing simulation results with experimental data, the results show that the method has a better simulation effect on microbe growth in exponential phase and stationary phase, and indicate that the beginning of microbial growth period is a critical period to develop various types of flora, and various environmental factors need to be strictly controlled in this period. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the actual production practices and environmental governance.
