临床护理带教老师对评判性思维概念内涵理解的质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解临床护理带教老师对评判性思维概念内涵的理解。方法采用美国护理专家Scheffer和Rubenfeld研究的护理评判性思维理论架构为模板,设计半结构式访谈提纲,与临床护理带教老师16人作了访谈,用类属分析法将资料进行分析、整理,归纳出主题。结果临床护理带教老师对评判性思维概念内涵的理解与Scheffer和Rubenfeld研究的评判性思维结构和内容存在差异。结论临床护理带教老师认为护理专业中的评判性思维是知识、技能和态度的结合体,其内涵是主动质疑的思维态度、科学的思维方法和逻辑的思维过程。 Objective To study clinical nursing instructors' understanding on concept and connotation of critical thinking.Method Design half-structural outline of interview based on the mode of theoretical framework of nursing critical thinking researched by American nursing experts Scheffer and Rudenfeld.Take interview with 16 clinical nursing teachers.Analyze and arrange data by generic analysis and draw a conclusion.Result There is difference between clinical nursing teachers' understanding on concept and connotation of critical thinking and Scheffer and Rudenfeld's research on structure and content of critical thinking.Conclusion In clinical nursing teachers' opinion,the critical thinking in nursing is a combination of knowledge,skill and attitude.Its connotation is active question,scientific thinking method and logical thinking process.
