摘要
以某通用汽油机为设计样机,采用高次方函数型线凸轮,以挺柱的升程曲线丰满度为目标对原有凸轮进行了优化设计。设计结果表明,最优方案的丰满度达到0.5877,大于原机的0.5642,性能得到了优化。
Taking a universal gasoline engine as design example, adopting high order function contour cam, targeted at the lift curve fatness of the tappet, the original cam was optimization designed. The results show that the fatness of the optimal plan reached 0.5877, larger than the original 0.5642, the performance is optimized.
