摘要 介绍一种基于CAN总线与串口通讯的共轨数据采集系统。该系统采用NEC公司的78K0/FE2单片机作为数据采集模块的微控器,利用CAN转RS232接口模块和MSComm控件完成数据采集模块与PC的通讯,借助VB软件开发平台,实现数据的实时显示和保存。该系统具有良好的通讯性能,灵活的连接性和很高的可靠性,能够完成对高压共轨数据的采集工作。 A data acquisition system of common rail diesel engine which is based on CAN bus and serial interface is introduced. The 78K0/FE2 single chip of NEC Company is chosen to make the microcontroller of this system. CAN to RS232 module and MSComm are used to communicate between data acquisition module and PC. With the VB software, the data is displayed and saved. The good communication performance, flexible connectivity and higher reliability make the system suitable to do the job of common rail diesel engine data acquisition.
