乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与微波集成提取石榴皮多酚的实验研究

The Experimental Study on Extracting Polyphenols from Pomegranate Peels with Ethanol-ATPS Combined with Microwave

利用乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与微波集成法对石榴皮多酚进行提取分离,通过单因素实验与正交实验得出提取石榴皮多酚的最佳条件为:料-醇-水之比为1:12:20,硫酸铵用量为0.325g/ml,微波处理温度为55℃,微波处理时间为60s,粗多酚提取率为18.33%,初提物中多酚含量为75.36%。

This study is on how to extract polyphenols from pomegranate peels with ethanol-ATPS combined with microwave.Through singlefactor test and orthogonal experiment,it was found that the crude polyphenol extraction efficiency was 18.33%,and 75.36% of the solution was polyphenol when the material-alcohol-water ratio was 1：12：20,the ammonium sulfate was 0.325g /ml,under microwave treatment for 60 seconds at 55℃.
