HPLC法测定香砂六君合剂中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of Orange Popeel Glucoside in Xiangsha liujun Mixture by HPLC

目的建立香砂六君合剂中橙皮苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用SunfireC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),乙腈-0.3%磷酸(22:78)作为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,紫外检测波长为283,柱温为35℃。结果在9.36～74.88μg/ml范围内,进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.13%,RSD为0.63%(n=6)。结论方法灵敏、简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于香砂六君合剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Orange Popeel Glucoside in Xiangsha liujun mixture.Method The chromatographic system consisted of Sunfire C18（4.6 × 150mm,5μm） column,mobile phase was acetonitri-waters with 0.3% phosphoric acid（22：78）,The flow rate was 1.0ml /min,the detecting wavelength was 283nm,and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The Orange Popeel Glucoside have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 9.36-74.88μg /ml（r = 0.9998）,the average recovery was 99.13% and RSD = 0.63%（n = 6）.Conclusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Xiangsha liujun mixture.
