超微胃安汤治疗慢性活动性胃炎30例

Clinical Observations of the Curative Effect of Chronic Active Gastritis by Ultramicro Granule Stomach-clearing Decoction 30 Cases

目的观察超微胃安汤治疗慢性活动性胃炎脾胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法 60例病人随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组给予超微胃安汤,对照组给予奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林或克拉霉素治疗。两组疗程均为2周,治疗结束后观察其疗效及胃镜、组织学、Hp清除情况。结果①胃镜、组织学情况疗效相当。②Hp现症感染均下降。③治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率90.0%。④治疗组和对照组均能有效改善脾胃湿热证患者的中医证候,且治疗组更优于对照组。⑤临床应用超微胃安汤过程中,未出现不良反应。结论超微胃安汤对脾胃湿热证慢性活动性胃炎有显著的治疗作用,是安全有效的药物。

Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of stomach-clearing decoction by ultramicro granule（syndrome of spleen-stomach of damp-heat）.Methods A total of 60 chonic active gastritis were devided into two groups randomly,30 patients in treatment group and 30 in control group.Treatment group was treated with stomach-clearing Decoction by ultramicro granule,while control group received omeprazole,metronidazole and amoxicillin or Clarithromycin for two weeks.Then observed the therapeutic effect,gastroscope、histology、HP clearance rate.Results ① Observing the changes of gastroscope and histology clued to rather same between two groups.② The symptoms by HP infection descended between two groups.③ The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,while control group was 93.3.0%.④Two groups improved the mainly symptoms effectively,and treatment group was superior to improving total symptoms than control group.⑤ There wasn＇t any side effects in clinical application of stomach-clearing decoction by ultramicro granule.Conclusion stomach-clearing decoction by ultramicro granule has a significant positive effect in the treatment of chronic active gastritis,also it is safty and effective.
