Objective To avoid a faulty pharmacy medicine distribution and to eliminate medical accidents as well.Methods To analyze the causes of a faulty medicine distribution from different aspects such as drugs,doctors,pharmacists,patients and take precautionary measures related.Results To ensure the use of pharmacy medicine safe,reasonable and effective.Conclusion Pharmaceutical workers should always pay more attention on the faulty medicine distribution so as to avoid medical accidents as possible.
