Toxicologic study of suppositorium Gongjingtai()

摘要 目的观察宫颈泰栓的急性和长期毒性。方法取体重18~20g健康小鼠60只,随机分为2组,观察宫颈泰粉小鼠灌胃后产生的急性毒性反应;取体重235~260g健康雌性大鼠30只,随机分为3组,观察宫颈泰栓大鼠阴道给药后产生的急性毒性反应;取体重255~295g健康豚鼠30只,随机分为3组,观察宫颈泰粉的过敏反应;取家兔25只,随机分为5组,观察宫颈泰栓对家兔阴道刺激反应;取健康大鼠120只,随机分为6组,观察连续给宫颈泰栓90d后大鼠产生的毒性反应。结果宫颈泰栓(或粉)对小鼠、大鼠未出现任何毒性反应;豚鼠皮肤未见过敏反应;家兔阴道粘膜未见充血、水肿等现象;长期毒性试验未发现明显病理改变,与对照组相比,无显著差异。结论宫颈泰栓在高于人用量46~1360倍情况下未发现任何毒性反应,该药是治疗宫颈糜烂比较安全的药物。 Objective To observe the acute and long-termtoxicity of supp.Gongjingtai. Methods Sixty healthy mice(1822g)were divided into two groups rondomly to observe the acute to supp. Gongjingtai via ig.; Thirty healthy female rats(235260g)were divided into three groups randomly to observe the acute toxic reaction after drug was given by vagina given.Thirty healthy guinca pigs were divide into three groupsrandomly to observe the allergic reaction.Twenty five rabbitswere divided into five groups randomly to observe the stimulantive reaction to the rabbits vagina; One hundred and twentyhealthy rats were divided into six groups to observe the toxic reaction after being given supp.Gongjingtai consecutive 90 days. Results Supp.Gongjingtai doesn't cause toxic reaction on mice and rats; Guinea skin doesn't appear allergic reaction;The rabbit's vaginal mucosa doesn't show hyperemia and hydrops;There has not been obvious pathological change after long-term toxic experiment and has not marked difference when it was contracted with the control group. Conclusion Supp.Gongjingtai hasn't been found to have any toxic reaction even though the dose wasmuch higher than clinical does(461360 times) of supp. Gongjingtai.It is a relatively safe drug to treat cervical erosion.
