木材铣削加工激光在线检测及模糊PID控制的研究

摘要 在木材加工行业中木材表面的粗糙度是评定木材加工机械、铸造成型及其它特种加工的重要指标,同时它也是评价木材加工的木制品表面质量的重要指标。本文从木材铣削模糊PID控制器设计的角度出发,描述了木材表面粗糙度的激光在线检测系统构成和铣削模糊PID控制器的设计流程。 The surface roughness of timber is an important index to evaluate timber processing machineries,casting and other special processing,as well as the surface quality of forestry products in timber processing industry.From the perspective of designing the fuzzy PID controller for timber milling,this paper deals with the composition of online laser detecting system for the surface roughness of timber and the flow to design the milling fuzzy PID controller.
