阅读疗法对缓解大学生学业压力的作用

摘要 学业压力是影响大学生心理健康的重要威胁因子之一,本文通过分析学业压力源的构成,指出阅读疗法对缓解学业压力的积极指导作用,并提出运用阅读疗法缓解学业压力的方法。
