摘要
应用心阻抗血流图法测31只大鼠心输出量,与热稀释法测得结果呈高度相关(r=0.99,P<0.01)。说明心阻抗血流图法测大鼠的心输出量是可靠的,本实验测得大白鼠血液的平均电阻率(ρ值)为146±6.73Ω·cm(x±s)。
In the present study conductance (p) of blood in rats was measured and the cardiac output measured by impedance-iardiorheography was compared with wiih that measured by thermodilution method in 31 rats.The results showed that the mean conductance (p) of blood in rats was 146±6.73Ω·cm(x±s).The cardiac output measured by impedance-cardiorheography was highly correlated with that measured by thermodilution method (r=0.99,P<0.01).It is suggested that the impedance-cardiorheography is reliable in the measurement of cardiac output.
