摘要
目的：研究提取金银花有效成分的最佳工艺。方法：以正交设计筛选最佳提取工艺。结果：金银花的最佳提取工艺为Ａ２、Ｂ２、Ｃ３、Ｄ２。结论：加入药材１０倍量的８５％乙醇回流提取二次。每次２５ｈ是金银花的最佳提取条件。
Objective:To search the best technology in extracting honeysuckle flower effective composition.Methods:We screen out the best extracting technology by orthogonal design.Results:The best technology of extracting honeysuckle flower is A2,B2,C3 and D2.Conclusion:The best condition of extracting honeysuckle flower is the crude drugs reflux two times in ten times of 85% alcohol solution,and two hours each-time.
