摘要
由于不同成型方法制成的试件均匀性不同,会影响到试验结果,因此应用数字图像处理技术,对试件做连续切割,获取多幅图像;采用统计分析的方法研究了同一级配在不同成型方法时的均匀性。结果表明,4种成型方法均匀性的好坏依次为:旋转压实、轮碾成型、马歇尔击实、振动成型。
Due to different compaction methods differ the uniformity of specimens, which could affect the test results, digital image processing technology was applied to cut the specimens continuously, and numbers of images were obtained. The uniformity of asphalt mixture under different compaction methods was studied by statistics analysis method, and the results indicate that the uniformity of four compaction methods falls following an order of rotary compaction, wheel compaction, Marshall compaction and vibratory compaction.
