摘要
分析了泡沫沥青路面就地冷再生技术的原理、工艺流程及特点,介绍其在某城市交叉口养护维修中的应用,并对养护后的使用情况进行了调查分析。研究结果表明:采用泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术维修的交叉口整体病害较少,尤其是裂缝类病害,采用的再生结构较为彻底地消除了基层的病害,在一定程度上恢复了略面的整体承载能力;加铺面层混合料的高温稳定性和抗水损害能力对再生基层的稳定性影响较大。
The principle, characteristics and process of on-site cold recycling technology for foamed asphalt pavement were analyzed . This technology was applied in the maintenance of an urban intersection, and the using situation was investigated. The results show that using on-site cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt pavement, the diseases, especially the cracks of the intersection are reduced; and more base diseases are eliminated by using recycling structure, pavement bearing capacity is restored; high temperature stability and resistance to water damage of overlay mixture can influence the stability of recycling base significantly.
