双微电极电压钳灌流装置的研制

摘要 0 我们研制的双微电极电压钳灌流装置与国外同类装置相比,其特点为:金属栅架用钨丝代替不锈钢丝,不仅丝细,且硬度增加,故压断浦氏纤维的效果好;由于增加了金属栅架中钨丝的根数,故有较多的浦氏纤维短段可供选择,从而提高了实验成功率;灌流液入、出口采用暗道和缓冲池处理,减少了灌流液对标本和电极的冲击。不但灌流充分,而且稳定性增强,图形不受干扰,结果甚为满意。 The advantages of the present equipment designed by our laboratory are as follows.1.As tungsten wire is much harder and finer than stainless steel wire,tungsten wire is used instead.2.The number of wire grids is increased from 13 to 19,hence the equipment,by simultaneously producing many shortened segments,greatly increases the likelihood of obtaining a suitable preparation and has a great experimental success ratio about 70-80%.3.The perfusion bath was constructed of plexiglass and had a buffer pool.In order to decrease the influence that the tyrode solution dashed against microelectrode and preparations,we have added to the rectangular frame of wire grid two dark ducts.The results indicate that the experiment of two-microelectrode voltage clamp is satisfactory as tested by equipment designed by ourselves and that experimental trace is also stable and reliable
