摘要
应用光学显微镜对安徽省菜子湖24科29属38种水生植物的花粉形态进行了观察和研究,提供各种花粉的鉴定特征。通过对这些花粉类型植物母体生态环境的归纳总结,讨论了它们的生态环境指示意义。研究结果为利用湖泊孢粉记录研究湖泊的古植被、古环境及气候变迁提供了现代孢粉学资料和依据。
Pollen morphology of 38 species representing 24 families from the Caizi Lake,Anhui are described and illustrated under light microscope(LM),and their identification keys were represented.The ecological significance of these pollen types were discussed based on the summary of plant environment from published literatures and direct observations of plant habitats.The results are significant for reconstructing the palaeovegetation,palaeoclimate and palaeoenvironment conditions by utilizing the spore-pollen assemblages in lake sediments.
