胃癌演化过程中PIAS3的表达研究

摘要 PIAS3是近年鉴定的基因,是原癌基因STAT3的特异性抑制因子[1].我们前期实验已证实,PIAS3在胃癌组织内表达降低甚至缺失,而癌旁非瘤组织出现超高表达.在本文中,我们进一步研究了在胃癌演化过程中,PIAS3在胃黏膜病变各个阶段的表达情况,以期阐明PIAS3与胃癌发生和演化的关系.
