B型超声对腹部外伤的诊断价值

Clinical Value of B-mode Sonography in the Diagnosis of Abdominal-trauma

本文对43例腹部外伤患者进行了急诊超声扫查,除1例脾内血肿患者在超声监护下经保守治疗痊愈外,余42例患者均经手术证实。B型超声对脏器损伤的定位诊断符合率为74.41％,腹腔积液(血)的诊断符合率达100.0％。作者认为,B型超声对腹部外伤的及时诊断有重要价值,可作为脏器破裂或内出血的首选检查手段。另外,结合动物实验对11例患者的漏诊原因进行了分析。

43 cases of abdominal-trauma were assessed by emergency sonography,of which 42 were confirmed by operation and one of splenic hematoma was treated conservatively under the observation of sonography.The rate of coincidence of B-mode sonography in the diagnosis of localization was 74.41%.and that in the diagnosis of free fluid in the peritoneal or/and pelvic cavity was 100.00%.From the above findings it may be suggested that B-mode sonography is extremely useful in the timely diagnosis of abdominal-trauma,and that sonography can be the procedure of choice in detecting viscera rupture or internal haemorrhage.In addition,the cause of misdiagnosis in 11 cases was analysed with the.help of experimental studies.
