摘要
本文探索了用离心力驱动流动相的高速薄层色谱分析法的理论基础,并用模型试验证实了该法中流动相流速线性好、流量范围宽、可调控性质。该方法消除了流动相的体积梯度,使得Rf值更接近比移率R,为色谱基本理论在薄层色谱技术中的应用和柱色谱与平板色谱数据的互换创造了条件。如将该法与现代高效薄层色谱技术结合将有广阔的应用前景。
The theoretical background of high speed thin layer chromatography with mobile phase driven by centrifuge force was reported in this paper,A model test showed that this method was characterized by good linearity,wider flow range and controllability,The Rf value of this method is closer to the rate of flow (R) because of elimination of the volume gradient of mobile phase.Therefore,the condition for applying chromatography principle in TLC and exchanging the data between column and planar chromatography was established.A combination of the desired method with modern HPTLC technic will produce attractive perspectives in application.
