不同透析膜对维持性血液透析患者血清C-反应蛋白水平的影响

Effects of Different Dialyzer on Serum Level of C-Reactive Protein in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的通过观察维持性血液透析患者血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化以及不同类型透析膜初次与复用对其的影响，对透析膜的生物相容性进行评价。方法采用酶联免疫比浊法测定尿毒症维持性血液透析患者复用醋酸纤维素膜（CA）、初用聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂膜（PMMA）、初用聚砜膜（PS）透析器进行透析时血清CRP水平的变化，并加以比较。结果使用Ps透析器与PMMA透析器的血清CRP水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），两者均明显高于使用CA透析器的患者（P〈0．05）。结论血液透析过程中使用不同生物相客性透析膜可以导致患者CRP水平不同，复用透析器能减轻患者的CRP水平。

Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients during maintenance hemodialysis,so as to assess the biocompatibility of diftrent dialyzer. Methods In the first use and reuse of different dialyzers, cellulose acetate membrane, polymethyl methacrylate （ PMMA ） membrane, Polysulfone （ PS ） membrane,the levels of serum CRP were detected hy enzyme linked immunoturbidimetry in uremic patients undergoing dialysis. Results In the use of PS and PMMA dialyzers,the level of serum CRP showed no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 } ,and they were significantly higher than those using celhdose acetate membranes （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference in eftects on level of CRP between different dialyzer was reduced after using the dialyzer repeatedly. Conclusion Different biocompatibility of dialyzer can make CRP levels different in patients undergoing hemodialysis,and reuse of the dialyzer can reduce CRP level in serum.
